I made burgers in the air fryer last night and added cheese. Pretty tasty. You're entitled to that cheeseburger once in awhile @AllThatJazzZ I look at it as I'm only going to live once -- I might as well indulge and enjoy every now and then.

Actually, a burger patty with cheese is far more healthy than my tuna salad. I already had a batch of tuna salad in the fridge, so it was on tonight's menu. Unfortunately, the salad was made with mayo which contains seed oil which is not healthy for human consumption. If I weren't so lazy, I'd make my own mayo.

Also, the trouble with me is that the patty + cheese isn't enough. I want all the fixin's with it.

Anyway, I'm making another run at improving my health. It's that time again.
