Answers Sought After 15-Year-Old Girl Who Disappeared From Dallas Mavericks Game Is Found With Sex Traffickers in Oklahoma City

On April 8, a 15-year-old Texas girl attended a Dallas Mavericks home game with her father – the kind of daddy/daughter date usually remembered fondly by both for years to come. But on this occasion, the evening ended in horror for both the girl and her parents.

Shortly before halftime the girl left her seat to use the restroom, and never returned. Though her father reported her missing before the game even ended, the family’s attorney now says “Dallas police never began an investigation and failed to make any efforts to locate the teenage girl.” Instead, he was told after the game, with no indication of his daughter’s whereabouts available, to go home and wait until he heard something from the authorities.

The family’s anguish dragged on. Over several days the family called the Dallas Police Department, before turning to a nonprofit organization, the Texas Counter-Trafficking Initiative, and found that the girl was being advertised and sold for sex in Oklahoma City.

Eight people have been arrested thus far in connection with the case, the charges ranging from human trafficking and distribution of child pornography to rape.

I am no authority on police departments,but it SEEMS to me like once you get out of rural areas,the po po seem to think their prime job responsibilities lies in protecting the affluent. They will sometimes make an effort to protect someone who is middle class or poorer,but only if she is young and hot.

They will sometimes make an effort to protect someone who is middle class or poorer,but only if she is young and hot.

Modern day policing is all about revenue enhancement, they exist to neither server or protect, but rather to collect. And that's why all those to serve and protect decals on cop cars you may remember from the past have all disappeared due to liabilities, hell police departments themselves have stated themselves that that isn't their job.

The 15-year-old Texas girl trafficked from a Dallas Mavericks game and rescued ten days later from an Oklahoma City hotel room was initially listed as a runaway before her nude photos surfaced online in advertisements for commercial sex acts, according to several law enforcement agencies.

The teen vanished from the American Airlines Center (AAC) on April 8 after going to use the restroom during the game attended with her father. The Dallas Police Department, which the victim’s parents are now blaming for never opening an investigation into the case, told Fox News Digital that an off-duty Dallas police officer working the game was notified of a missing person at the game.

The event and location were searched that evening, a spokesperson for DPD said, though noting that Texas Family Code (51.03 b. 3) "dictates that missing juveniles are investigated as runaways unless there are circumstances which appear as involuntary such as a kidnapping or abduction."

Per code, police said those cases are to be filed where the juvenile resides. A report was generated by the Dallas Police Department, which assisted the North Richland Hills Police Department, which became the lead agency to investigate the girl’s disappearance because she lives in their jurisdiction.

Not only is that a group of fugglies but they look to be a bit deficient in the genetics department too. I hope they were all extradited to Texas and there is no liberal wanker DA there that sets them free on no bail like in other states like parts of California and New York.

Oklahoma is pretty conservative. I think they should be tried in both states, and be required to serve consecutive sentences. IIRC taking a minor across state lines would also make it a federal crime as well.
