Deal Breaker? Twitter Accuses Elon Musk of Breaking NDA

Of all the things that could stop Elon Musk from buying Twitter, spambots may be the culprit from either direction. Musk noted yesterday that he had put the deal on hold until he could determine the percentage of Twitter accounts that were spam/fake. Now, Twitter legal is striking back with a complaint of their own.

Musk Tweeted that his team was taking samplings of 100 accounts to determine the percentage. When asked, he later revealed that the number selected to make the determination was based on the criteria Twitter itself uses. According to Twitter legal, that’s information he shouldn’t have leaked, information that is protected by their Non-Disclosure Agreement.  .  .

Regardless of the outcome of the sale, I see Twitter's overall value going down either through revelation or sabotage.

Spambots?...Hmmmmm

Twitter better worry more about lying about a key metric in their financial disclosures (User count), than Musk's takeover.

Musk if so inclined could force an SEC investigation, and burn this POS down before rebuilding. Talk about a discount.

NDA? Would that maybe be one that he agreed to in the first deal when he was offered a seat on the board, a deal which became null and void when he declined and decided to buy Twitter outright? Somehow I think Musk is too sharp to make this kind of mistake unless he wanted to be.

It was reveled that about 50% of Dementia Joe's Twitter followers were fake.

You Tube had to downwardly adjust "thumbs down" on Biden videos, things got so bad.  Once people really started noticed, they fixed it for good......    Take off the the "thumbs down" button.   :silly:
