A federal judge has struck down the Biden administration's mask mandate for public transportation.

A federal judge has struck down the Biden administration's mask mandate for public transportation.

US District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle, in Florida, said that the authority of the Centres for Disease Control didn't extend to public transportation, and that the implementation of the mandate was a violation of administrative law, per AP.

Florida's press secretary Christina Pushaw touted the news as a "victory for freedom."

The challenge to the mandate was brought at the end of March by Florida's attorney general. They sought to have the mandate blocked immediately, saying that it was unlawful. ... Post Millennial

A federal judge in Florida on Monday voided a national mask mandate for airplanes and in other transportation settings.

U.S. District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle of the Middle District of Florida said the mandate exceeds the statutory authority of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Federal officials last week had extended the mask mandate for commercial flights and in other transportation settings, including on buses, ferries and subways, until at least May 3.   ...

Pittsburgh International Airport put out their own statement saying that masking is no longer required in the terminal for passengers or staff:

“TSA will no longer be enforcing the mask mandate at PIT, per their release,” said Travis McNichols, Senior Vice President, Public Safety, Operations & Maintenance at PIT. “As always, we follow TSA regulations and will continue to communicate with federal officials should any change occur.” WPXI

“During transit on today’s trip, masking will be required in line with CDC guidance,” the White House told The Hill.

The president is traveling on Air Force One to Portsmouth, N.H., to visit the port authority at Portsmouth Harbor and deliver remarks on the infrastructure law. He will fly back to Joint Base Andrews to return to the White House on Tuesday evening.

I don't believe a word of it. While politicians across the nation were mandating mask for the peasants, they refused to wear masks themselves unless they were on camera. As soon as the camera was off, all the masks came off at the same time, except for the lower class who were still required to wear them. This memo is nonsense. They never wore them before. You need to be training for endurance. You may have to outrun 5-6 of these maskees at once. They have lower oxygen count, but they swarm. Be on guard at all times, especially in supermarkets, and airports. Avoid Whole Foods altogether.
