A Mexican woman, 32, died after trying to climb the border wall into the U.S.
She died after her harness got trapped while she was scaling the fence near Douglas, Arizona on Monday
She had reportedly climbed to the top of the wall, but her foot and leg got entangled as she tried to maneuver her way down the barrier
Authorities said she was hanging upside down 'for significant amount of time'
Police are investigating the incident
