WOOHOO! Coffee is good for you again! Rejoice and enjoy, though I'm not sure this applies to that burnt crap they serve at Star*ucks or any of those syrupy sweet candy coffee beverages,

IF coffee consumpton dictates longevity, I am heading toward a 100.   :silly:

Don't worry though, there will be a study 6 monhs from now countering this.

Nowadays, if I drink coffee I suffer from hot flashes.  If I DON'T drink coffee, everyone else suffers.  It's the least I can do for a civil society.

I can remember a couple of jobs where I routinely had 6-8 cups per day. So good, and good for you!

My coffee style has evolved some, but here is my present configuation.....

Made in my 20 ounce tanker....   :cool:

(1) Community Club made strong.
(2) half teaspoon of stevia
(3) Tablespoon of ultra dark cocoa
(4) 1 oz. of half and half.
(5) one large marshmallow

Repeat twice morning through early afternoon.

Yes, I am that picky, and have forbidden anyone to make it for me.    :cool:

From the time they switched to Gavina Family coffee here in the Los Angeles market their coffee has been great. Of course if the restaurant, no matter who, doesn't maintain their equipment or adhere to holding times after brewing you are going to get crap. I'll take MickeyD's coffee over Star*ucks any day and definitely prefer it to the watered down weak stuff you get at 99% of sit down coffee shops and restaurants.
