Well ... the Democrats are declaring with a bullhorn where the FOCUS of their next vote fraud effort is going to be. This is good on a couple of layers. They are telling us in advance what they intend to do. Also, by the next election there will be such a bright spotlight on COUNT THE VOTE, COUNTING THE VOTE, WHO COUNTS THE VOTES!, that it will be much more difficult for the Democrats and their international operatives to repeat what they did with Trump.
