I am the cookie monster. Once I open a bag, with some coffee or milk, num-mum-numnum- nun- nomnom - *empty* ...

It is like an addiction. Especially with coconut shortbread, maple shortbread, etc. Not a big fin of the wet chocolate chip type. I prefer dry.
