I always hated "Split-Foyers"...aka Raised Ranches. They're a PIA. A huge PIA.

Appraisers treat them as Ramblers and do not include lower level as part of the "Gross Living Area" (GLA) square footage.

Doesn't matter what either one of us think. Somewhere,there is a guy or two telling her she is hot,and "hittin dat" on a regular basis.
