This is a lot of hysteria over something that probably won't result in any increase in hospitalizations.

What I am reading from your posting is more beds, personnel. and equipment being available, but not more spent on treatment once it is established that you have the virus.
Treating those a.s.a.p. eliminates the need for most of the things mentioned...
