I did a bacon-wrapped turkey for Thanksgiving last year.  It was horrible.   :shrug:

It's just Mrs Liberty and me this year, so we're going to rotisserie a big chicken.  A few months back I ordered a 6-lb chicken from Instacart, they showed up with 6 large chickens.  I learnt on YouTube how to properly truss a bird and it makes a big difference!
