Cuomo Exploring Legal Options To Contest Census Results

The State of New York is reviewing its legal options for challenging the Census Bureau’s determination that its population declined and would lose a congressional seat, Gov. Andrew Cuomo said.

Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo cast doubt on the Census Bureau’s calculation of New York’s population during a news conference Tuesday, Bloomberg News reported. If the Census Bureau had counted just 89 more New York citizens, the state would’ve maintained its current number of congressional seats.

“Do I think it was accurate to within 89? No, and we’re looking at legal options,” Cuomo told reporters Tuesday, according to Bloomberg.

There's more truth to that than you realize.

On April 1, 2020, 447 New Yorkers had died of coronavirus. By most estimates, 1 in 5 of those were in nursing homes. So that means the 89 people New York needed to retain all of their congressional seats for the first time in decades... were dead expressly because of Cuomo's policies.

That census count was likely done before many of the seniors were dead and other people people moved out by the thousands.

If he demands a recount it will likely be significantly lower than what the census counted...

He was planning on replacing those dead seniors with illegals. I have less and less doubt his Covid cock-up that killed those people was intentional.

No wonder he’s so pissed off at x45, who managed to have illegals excluded from the 2020 census count.
