12 - I look for cartoons that are simple when conveying lots of meaning8 - Chuck Asay tends to have the BEST thought out cartoons, and usually with a constitutional bent. He obviously spends much time including fine details in his drawing.29 - Simple, again.11 - Well-drawn, and simple.
