Woman Hits Sleeping Boyfriend With Hammer for Leaving TV On, Police Say

A 74-year-old woman has been arrested in Bullhead City, Arizona, accused of hitting her sleeping boyfriend in the head with a hammer because he left the television on overnight.

Bullhead City Police Department Marilyn Kepler is accused of hitting her sleeping boyfriend in the head with a hammer because he had left the television on during the night.
Marilyn Ann Kepler is facing a charge of aggravated assault per domestic violence, the Bullhead City Police Department said in a news release.

The police department was alerted on Monday afternoon to a 74-year-old man being treated for head injuries at a hospital in Kingman.

Good grief ... the story gets better ... he convinces her to drive him to the hospital ... she then pulls a gun on him.

I'd say she's just plain whacked out.  She's being charged with domestic violence.  That's it?  She pulled a gun on him.

After forcing a drive to Kingman, about 45 minutes in ligh traffic on a State and US Highway.... I think her other beau drove the car. They dumped him in a Hospital on Andy Devine Blvd.

This is a bloody escapade.  We get these stories around here.
