As a young guy I was always amazed by women and girls wearing very short dresses and skirts.Don't they know we can see their butt and panties?Finally in the spirit of scientific discovery I asked a girl if she knew we could see her panties.Never forgot the answer. 'She said of course you can see my panties. You're supposed to. That's the point.'In my old age I still cannot believe how naïve I was back then.
