For the life of me, I can not envison the logistics of positioning an eclipse type of device in space in the first place.  Secondly, does this dumbass realize that crops need sunlight for growing?

Crap. I get the house paid off and that flaming idiot wants to bulldoze it with another ice sheet. This sort of man made climate change could be the impetus for conflicts for resources that would wipe out significant numbers of people. Keep in mind, those used to cold weather will operate at a significant advantage.
