(The Post Millennial) – A Tennessee man was arrested Friday night as Nashville Metro Police enforced a mask mandate.

Police reported having issued 16 citations for mask violations in the city Friday evening. One man was arrested after running from officers attempting to give him such a citation.

    If you're visiting Nashville's entertainment district tonight, PLEASE wear a mask & help control the spread of COVID-19. Idiotic headline.  He didn't get arrested for refusing to wear a mask, he got pinched for running from the cops.  It's interesting the MNPD decided to pretend it was the mask by lecturing the public, but reality says it wasn't.
