Until 14 days or so (what seems to be the average incubation period -- I think there are cases as low as 2 days and as long as 37) have elapsed from the reopening, the lack of a spike in cases is not an interesting thing to point out.If 14 days after a state or county has reopened there is no spike in cases, then we'll have something with which to flog the folks who want us to stay shut down until there's a vaccine.
