5-13-2020  Even though DeSantis has proclaimed that Florida's numbers have declined and the virus has had a minimal affect on the Sate, by the numbers I've been posting from the FL Dept of Health website --- numbers have not decreased.

Well, just checked again.  No new information posted to the FL Department of Health website.  They must be experiencing, one of their 'glitches'.

  Finally the numbers are in and the daily increase continues to rise. Hospitalizations are increasing by about 200 a day and deaths are increasing by a little over 40 a day. We are almost into Phase 2 with the worst hit counties reopening under Phase I on Monday.  Allowing the worst hit counties to open right now is going to be a huge mistake -- 2 hours across the alley way and we will start to see this coast become a disaster.  We simply don't have the medical personnel nor the hospital space.

A couple of points: 1., She could not have been the "architect" of this system because it uses the same boilerplate ArcGIS structure that many other states and counties are using. 2. Predictably, the left is getting into conspiracies and claiming government censorship.

I saw a similar article @jmyrlefuller   All I can say is, I've been keeping track of this information for quite some time, and there has been three times that it has been reported that they were either switching over to a new system which created glitches or delays in reporting or that the information was going to be reported differently.  I have also read that death related COVID records reported don't match the FL Dept. of Health records.

We'll see what happens with this, but I'd say there's a strong possibility that the numbers being reported in FL aren't accurate.
