Before Trump became president he would often be seen strolling the lobby of Trump tower and by the businesses outside his building, stopping in just to say hello, chatting with folks in the stores, bodegas and by the street vendors. Definitely a people person.

Trump paid his employees very well. There was very little turnover at the Trump Organization, and men and women who went to work for him generally stayed with him their whole career.
