The main part of this is an embedded video. The text is too short to quote meaningfully and be within "fair use".

Yet another, Dem, Goobernor who either cannot distinguish between ingesting aquarium anti-parasite treatment and taking known-safe medication while under doctor care, or who wants to hinder the process of learning whether Chloroquine is an effective treatment. Or both.
