Undocumented immigrant pleads not guilty to raping, killing 92-year-old NY woman

The 21-year-old undocumented immigrant accused of sexually assaulting and killing a 92-year-old woman while she walked near her home pleaded not guilty in a New York courtroom on Thursday.

Authorities allege Reeaz Khan assaulted Maria Fuertes in the early morning hours of Jan.6

Wearing a brown jacket, Khan was brought into the courtoom with his hands cuffed behind his back.

Prosecutors asked the judge for an additional two weeks before proceeding. A new court date has been scheduled for Feb. 24.

High 5's out to his brother,who clearly has the makings of a good citizen!

I am thinking this goober is going to discover a thing or two about violence once he gets to prison and the Mexican inmates get to him.
