I think Mrs. S in CA's usual order is, theoretically, "never-ending", though she seldom eats as much as half of it. So it's my lunch a couple of days later. She gets spaghetti, and though she's not into "al dente" our most couple of visits it's been too mushy by her standards.
The sector of the restaurant into which Olive Garden or Red Lobster fit, "near fine dining" is facing challenges of late. Cooking shows on The Food Channel and HGTV have raised customers' expectations. OTOH, arbitrary raises of the minimum wage by some cities' governments have put the squeeze of profits and levels of service.
