Impeachment just got more difficult

Once again, cheers for Senator Lindsey Graham.  I say "again" because Senator Graham was brilliant in his defense of Judge Brett Kavanaugh a year ago.

We just learned that Senator Graham has 40-plus fellow GOP Senators to support a resolution against the current "impeachment" process in the U.S. House.   

This is how the senator explained it:   

    “They’re creating a shadow process that, I think, is just denying basic fairness. And we’re urging them to go back to what worked before,” Graham said.

Lindsey has been drifting away from the influence of his mentor McCain for sometime now.

When Clinton underwent an official independent investigation the howls of outrage never let up. Repubs should be doing far more to discredit this underhanded process.

And Clinton's impeachment process truly was bipartisan. It's amazing how far our political scene has decayed since then.

I read that Graham's got 50 Republicans now.

Two he almost certainly WON'T get:
- Romney the RINO
- Murkowski

Lindsey ought to push as hard as he can to get Joe Manchin to sign on, as well.
Manchin wants to be governor of W.Va. again, right?

Bad people can get away with this if it stays under-reported.

It is the media's job to ensure it loudly reports on all abuses like this.  It is why the Founders made the #1 Amendment to be Freedom of the Press and Speech.

They never anticipated the complicity between the anarchists and the media though.
