Breaking – ICIG Whistleblower Form Recently Modified to Permit Complaint “Heard From Others”…

Folks, this “Ukraine Whistleblower” event was a pre-planned event.  As we begin to understand the general outline of how the Schiff Dossier was assembled, we are now starting to get into the specifics.  First discovered by researcher Stephen McIntyre, there is now evidence surfacing showing the ICIG recently created an entirely new ‘whistleblower complaint form’ that specifically allowed for the filing of complaints “heard from others“.

Sundance has it right.  The Form was changed recently, just to enable this entire Ukraine fiasco.

That said, while the form may have changed, the enabling Statute has not.  Hearsay is still not permitted, but that doesn't matter politically because the Press will pretend hearsay is perfectly OK.  It was "on the form."  It is necessary to bend the law in the service of destroying Trump; it's for the greater good, dontcha know?

What I want to know is there the hell is AG Bill Barr? I am begining to think our AG is another deep state plant. Why is Barr doing NOTHING

Since there is zero substance in the call and whistleblower complaint, this just may be a classic 'rope a dope' by Trump instead of a 'Deep State Conspiracy'.

This new change for the form could be exactly what Trump wanted to get the libs to get the complaint released, knowing there is no substance in the transcript once released.

It is how Trump operates - one step ahead of his opponents.

There are 3 exceptions to the hearsay clause.
1)Excited utterance.
2) Statement against self interest
3) Deathbed confession.
There are several others, but they are rare.
