Four benches advertising pro-life resources vandalized in Mayor Pete Buttigieg’s city

According to St. Joseph County Right to Life (SJCRTL), four of the group’s 10 benches in South Bend, Indiana, advertising abortion pill reversal and resources for women experiencing unplanned pregnancies were vandalized.
A press release from SJCRTL states, “The locations of the benches vandalized are Lincoln Way West and Bendix Dr., Southwest corner; Lincoln Way West and Bendix Dr., Northwest corner; Lincoln Way West and Blaine Ave., Northeast corner; and Lincoln Way West and Goodland Ave.†SJCRTL is currently working with the advertising company to file a police report about the benches.

The discovery of the vandalized benches occurred shortly after news broke of the 2,246 fetal remains found in the home of former-South Bend abortionist Ulrich Klopfer. Jackie Appleman, executive director for SJCRTL, stated in an email to Live Action News, “Condemning Dr. Klopfer’s actions and sharing healing with those hurt by him should be something our community can unite around. Instead, people are lashing out in anger against property meant to support women. I’m disappointed this is the face of the pro-choice movement in South Bend.â€
