Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh was hit with another accusation of unwanted sexual contact by a male classmate who said he witnessed Kavanaugh expose himself and press his genitals against a woman without her consent.

The New York Times reported Saturday that the latest allegation, which has until not been public, was reported to the FBI during Kavanaugh's Supreme Court confirmation process last year but was not investigated by the FBI.


In the Times report, two FBI officials told the newspaper that a Yale classmate of Kavanaugh's, D.C.-based nonprofit owner Max Stier, said that he had witnessed Kavanaugh expose himself at a party before other students pushed Kavanaugh's genitals into the hand of a female student, apparently without her consent.

The Hill has reached out to the Supreme Court for comment.

It appears Stier told his story to the FBI and senators report y tat the time the confirmation proceedings were going on, but the alleged incident was not investigated.  He's not even talking about it now apparently.    Two "officials" apparently reported this to the New York Times, which has decided this is "juicy" enough to bring up now. 

There is no actual evidence this incident took place.  No mention that the woman involved complained to authorities at the time the alleged incident took place.  She has not even come forward publicly.  All we have is a report by two "officials" that this guy, Stier, said something about witnessing the alleged incident to the FBI.  Has the Times talked to Stier or the woman involved in the alleged incident?  What does the Times hope to gain by reporting this story?

This is a big nothingburger.

“I sat through those hearings,” she tweeted, referring to the Senate hearings after multiple women accused him of sexual misconduct.

“Brett Kavanaugh lied to the U.S. Senate and most importantly to the American people," she added. "He was put on the Court through a sham process and his place on the Court is an insult to the pursuit of truth and justice. He must be impeached."

In the Executive Summary released by Sen. Grassley, the FBI reached out to 11 people, attempting to corroborate allegations made by Dr. Ford and Ms. Ramirez. The FBI interviewed 10 people and 2 alleged eye witnesses. The conclusion: there was no corroboration of the allegations.

Cruz is so right.  As he points out, the Dem candidates predictably are wailing and gnashing their teeth over this latest "bombshell" just to whip up their base.  Thing is, they can cry all they want.  This is going nowhere.  The senate would have to convict, no?  Well, the Republicans still hold the majority, and I doubt they will want to beat this dead horse.
