Brooklyn Dance, Clarksville Leaf-Chronicle Published 6:31 p.m. ET Aug. 21, 2019

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. - A Tennessee man was arrested on Wednesday after an FBI investigation revealed he made threats online to "shoot up" a Planned Parenthood facility in Washington D.C.

Jacob Cooper, 20, was charged with transmitting a threat to injure another, according to a U.S. Attorney's Office news release.

According to the criminal complaint, Cooper went by username "Jacco" on the website iFunny, where users share photos, videos and discussion topics. The complaint says on Aug. 13, Cooper responded to another user's post stating, "Make sure you tell them about how I plan to shoot up a Planned Parenthood facility in Washington D.C., on August 19 at 3 p.m."
