Wow. Good find. Kavanaugh is another good example and for that matter Trump.  This 'tactic' isn't just limited to Pelosi.  This is how the DEM party now rolls.

IIRC she was basically accusing the Republicans of using the 'wrap-up smear'.  Democrats always project on their enemy what they do themselves.

She says, 'I'm going to merchandise the presses' report on the smear that we made.'
Regardless of what her intent was, there is no question that she is speaking in the first person describing this. She is clearly talking about herself.
