A bombshell Washington Post story alleging Roy Moore’s inappropriate past behavior with teenage girls did not help Doug Jones pull off one of the biggest Alabama political upsets in recent memory, the senator said Tuesday.

I guess ole Dougie figured this would make a nice article at "The Onion" if it didn't make it in print with the local state newspapers owned by Advance Publications subsidiaries which controls most the market in state. (Yep NY values papers thrive in state for some reason).

Yep.... if only people had looked futher in his career of defending that which he claimed he was against. Defending UAB for it's handling of a 14 y/o girl recruit (drugs and sex with most the football team).

Still, I thought I'd heard Moore had run for statewide office one or two times before and didn't win.  Ultimately, the voters of the great state of Alabama decided this.  I guess, the Wapo did influence the election but I wouldn't let it.
