California kindergarten student can take cannabis to school, judge rules

A 5-year-old California girl can keep bringing a cannabis-based drug to school—used for emergency treatment of a rare form of epilepsy—a judge ruled Friday.

The judge sided with the family of Brooke Adams, who attends kindergarten in Santa Rosa.

I don’t have a problem with this.  If it helps with her epilepsy, why not?

Agreed. While I do believe cannabis has side effects, I have to question if they are equal to or greater than those drugs on the Big Gov approved list. Listening to drug commercials I have to wonder why somebody would take a prescription that can sometimes cause cancer  **nononono*
