CUMBERLAND, Md. —

Federal authorities are searching for a Pennsylvania man accused of threatening the president and other elected officials, saying he stole a pickup truck in Maryland.

Shawn Richard Christy, 27, of McAdoo, Pennsylvania, has multiple state arrest warrants in Pennsylvania for burglary, probation violation and failure to appear for an aggravated assault case.

The U.S. Marshals Service said Christy should be considered armed and dangerous, and individuals should not try to arrest him themselves.
