Facebook Inc. FB, -0.25% was sued by the Department of Housing and Urban Development for violating the Fair Housing Act by allowing landlords and home sellers to use its advertising platform to engage in housing discrimination.

If you are going to play the game youse gots to play by the rules Zuckerborg.    No different than the rules for print ads.

Advertising under the Fair Housing Act doesn’t just mean ads in newspapers. The law says you can’t “make, print, or publish. . . any notice, statement, or advertisement . . . that indicates any preference, limitation, or discrimination based on a person’s race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.” That includes such things as applications, flyers, brochures, deeds, signs, banners, posters, billboards, and even pictures in your office.  That also include the internet.
You don’t become cooler with age but you do care progressively less about being cool, which is the only true way to actually be cool.
