What? As a person that will literally throw up acid if not for acid pump inhibitor pills, I call bs on that statement.
@Signlass
Call BS all day long if you don't mind being wrong.
I don't know about apple vinegar specifically because I only buy white vinegar,but why not eat something with vinegar in it before you start screaming other people don't know what they are talking about>
Or just buy a bottle and drink a half a cap full and see what happens?
It seems like I had acid reflux half the time when I was a kid. Heartburn off the scales. Didn't discover Rolaids until I was around 12 and somebody told me about them. From that day to a few years ago I never had less than 2 packs of Rolaids on me at any time. I just couldn't afford to run out.
Then someone suggested I try vinegar maybe 10 years ago,and I quit buying Rolaids. Vinegar is more direct and longer lasting.
I keep a gallon of white vinegar around all the time because I use it to remove rust from small antique auto parts,or for emergency acid reflux use. I mostly go to a local stop and rob and buy a serving of their macaroni salad when my stomach starts feeling queasy these days.
You need acid in your stomach to help you digest food. When your stomach acid runs low the food starts to rot in your stomach instead of dissolve,and that's where the burning comes from.
You can believe me or continue to suffer because you would rather suffer than try a simple solution. Your choice.
