Record-breaking Arctic blast for East Coast this weekend
April 5, 2018 by Robert

Twisted logic. Temps 20 degrees below normal and snow from D.C. to Boston, but this “in no way negates the overall warming of the planet,” says the New York Daily Times.
______________________________

“Record-breaking, ‘ridiculous’ April cold and snow set to hit northeastern U.S. this weekend,” reads the headline.

It snowed here in western CT a little this morning, didn't stick.
Probably stuck north of me.

Weather forecast calls for mid-20's lows Saturday and Sunday night.

Where's spring?

All this Global Warming is going to freeze us to death. Jeez man, mid April and you would think it is January.
You cannot "COEXIST" with people who want to kill you.
If they kill their own with no conscience, there is nothing to stop them from killing you.

Wow!

It's boring.  This is the time of year it starts to warm up, maybe a cold snap in the 60's, then we can look forward to the Dog Days of Summer.  Late May, Early June, 110 almost every day until Mid July.  Enjoying the cooler weather while I can.

Yup!  As long as you're on the right side of the 5.

I have lived within 1 mile of the ocean since 1966; my wife since 1968. My wife would be hard to pry away from the good parts of living here. (maybe for Prescott or Saint George)

You wouldn't like Prescott.  I wonder sometimes what it would be like to live near a beach.  Then I realize the entire Pacific coast is a no-go place for me.

Brrrr!  How much snow?

A bit yesterday, melted off in the afternoon. Still predicting some for tomorrow a.m.

It's usually 65-70F this time of year. Never have seen anything like it, the ground is still a bit frozen from all the cold.

Same here.  Weird, cold winter and spring.  My tomatoes are out there shivering in the garden, and the kale is still growing.
