Voters head to the polls in Tuesday's Senate primaries. The main battle facing Ted Cruz, the Republican incumbent who is expected to win his primary, would come in November, when Representative Beto O’Rourke of El Paso is likely to be his Democratic challenger in the general election.

In the Republican primary, Mr. Cruz is being challenged by four candidates, including Stefano de Stefano, a Houston energy lawyer who has accused Mr. Cruz’s campaign of claiming that Mr. Cruz was uncontested in the primary. Two other Democrats are vying in the primary beyond Mr. O’Rourke: Sema Hernandez, who calls herself a “Berniecrat,” and Edward Kimbrough, a retired Postal Service official. The polls mostly close at 8 p.m. Eastern time.

Cruz - 674,865    

Not sure if doubling the Rat vote total is good or light.
