Democrat: ‘Mueller knows far more than people think’

Democratic Rep. Ted Lieu (Calif.) warned on Saturday that special counsel Robert Mueller "knows far more than people think," pointing to a new report on the Trump campaign's alleged dealings with Russia.

Lieu pointed to a Saturday New York Times report that found former Trump campaign foreign adviser George Papadopoulos inadvertently triggered the FBI's investigation into Russian collusion by reportedly drunkenly spilling to an Australian diplomat details of Russians possessing Democratic party emails.

I'm not sure I grasp the relevance of this story.  Of course Mueller knows a lot about the Washington players, he was the former head of the FBI.  He'd have to be drop-dead stupid not to know things, and he's not drop-dead stupid.  He's just a liar about what he knows.
