It had an open turret, lousy protection and freezing cold.

Its armor was ultra thin.

Its gun wasn't anything special.

But it was fast. On roads and level ground it could do an unheard of 55MPH.

What made it so deadly was tactical employment.

By the end of the war German Tanks were so heavily armored - in front - they were near impenetrable no matter what you hit them with. Bridges would collapse under their weight. But the sides were not.

Outrace the advancing enemy and flank them.

Kill them by shooting them in their lightly armored sides.

My 'Viking Hunter' High Adventure Alternate History Series is FREE, ALL 3 volumes, at most ebook retailers including Ibooks, Barnes and Noble, Kobo, and more.

In Vol 2 the weapons come out in a winner take all war on two fronts.

Vol 3 opens with the rigged murder trial of the villain in a Viking Court under Viking law to set the stage for the hero's own murder trial.
