15 Cheap Imported Beers That Are Better Than Budweiser

Cheapism
Stephen Johnson

It's easy to find good domestic beer at a fair price. But what about imported beer? Some might think it's like craft beer -- expensive and esoteric -- but in fact a wide array of affordable and accessible imports can be found nationwide. Although prices vary by location, many are actually cheaper than, or about the same as, a six-pack of beers such as Budweiser. The more important thing? Most taste better.

I wouldn't call Harp cheap, though I'll agree it's tasty.
An inexpensive American beer that's better than Bud is Yuengling Lager.

Aldi has great brews and wines. They're also a bit cheaper than their brand name counterparts.

As a side note, I celebrated the snowfall here by mixing up a batch of stoli doli. My body might be in Steubenville, but my soul is in South Beach  :silly: :silly: :silly:

Yep. The one they have that's from Holland tastes just like Heineken, for a couple dollars less per six-pack.
