wall, 1-0 Astros with one out in the bottom of the first . . .

Verlander walks two with one out in the top of the second but Sandy Leon's single
was wasted when Dustin Pedroia was thrown out at second---still, the run scored
by Mitch Moreland counts, 2-1, Astros, mid-second . . .
