This idea describes most Liberals. They believe that Black people are sub-human, and that they are not capable of behaving like civilized people. Liberals look at Black people the same way adults look at little children.
Black people are not capable of learning White education, therefore we must dumb down the schools.
Black people are not capable of speaking correct English, therefore we should tolerate pidgin English from Blacks.
Black people are not capable of being racist, because they are too stupid and oblivious to understand the concept.
Black people are not intellectually capable of obtaining an ID card. It is too much of a challenge for them.
Black people are not responsible for the crimes they commit, White people are. Even when Blacks attack other Blacks. White people have been bad parents.
And, of course, many, many, more examples. Too many to list.
Just like a pet owner will never admit that their pet is antisocial, Liberals can never admit that Blacks have a cultural problem. Because their perception of Black people is very much like they view a child or a pet. Black people can do no wrong, ever. Not because they are good, or nice. Liberals believe that Black people are simply not capable of being held responsible for anything. It's not their fault. They can't help it.
An odd characteristic is that Liberals apply the opposite policy to Asians. Asians are being actively targeted and discriminated in several areas of government and society, most notably in college admissions. While Liberals are paying, bribing, and pushing Black people into college, whether they want it or not, at the same time they routinely deny self-supporting Asians with 4.0 GPAs. And, although they do claim some of the same condescending and demeaning attitudes toward Hispanics, it is not at all the same as Black people. In the mind of Liberals, Black people are inherently "special". And therefore they deserve special rules and special consideration in everything they do.
Many Black people, speakers, and pastors, recognize the deep intrinsic racist mentality of Liberals and have spoken out against it. Many others recognize that it is racist, but simply don't care if it benefits them. Other Black people don't even know that they are being coddled and pandered to, by Liberals, not because of idiotic ideas from ancient history, like slavery and Jim Crow. They are being coddled because Liberals really, truly, and deeply believe, that they are simply not intellectually capable of taking care of themselves.
Black people are 'special'. It's not their fault! They can't help it!
