I already don't watch any NFL so unfortunately any further negative impact on my part is nil, but I really believe that anything to do with a team that allows this should be shunned. A person has a right to free speech, but a team has the say in the behavior of an employee in the workplace. If the team won't take action than the fans should make their displeasure known through a financial impact, who knows there may be enough America hating fans to keep the NFL afloat.
