There is a really simple solution, does the institution receive and accept government funding? If so they cannot dictate or allow discriminatory practices, deprive Conservatives or others of their rights, lose all federal funding..............period. I don't know of many Universities private or other that don't accept federal funding, the only one I actually knew of was Biola University in SoCal who refused any federal funds whatsoever so that their religious principle would never be threatened by liberal politicians or government flunkies.
