To avoid brain freeze, eat cold food much more slowly so that your mouth can warm up the food. Also, try to keep the cold food in the front of your mouth. (For Spectrum Health Beat)

Gulping down a cold smoothie or giant scoop of ice cream sometimes leads to a fleeting severe headache known as “brain freeze.”

But a neurologist says you can avoid it.

The whole purpose of eating ice cream is to eat it before it melts. That means eating it quickly.  It also means possible brain freeze.  But it's worth it.

Ice cream is the most glorious thing ever besides kitties and puppies
G-d bless America. G-d bless us all

Adopt a puppy or kitty from your local shelter
Or an older dog or cat. They're true love❤️
