College asks students to contemplate ‘pee privilege’

The notorious Northern Arizona University now has signs outside of on-campus restrooms that ask students to consider whether they have “pee privilege.”
UPDATE: NAU claims the placards are "NOT authorized" by the school, and that it is trying to identify those responsible while taking down any flyers that appear.

They do indeed! In barracks, they can choose between the ones without running water or the ones without paper, same as the men. 

In seriousness though, some barracks and bases have dedicated, some have unisex, depending on the regiment. My regiment has unisex latrines everywhere except the offices (for the civvie workers, who wuss out a bit about sharing) and mess hall. The mess hall latrines aren't officially split male/female, but two are trough only, the other two have stalls. That holds for all our home barracks.
