That could be it.  Or it could be that I really don't like that particular shade of green, even though I'm generally very partial to greens.  It could be that the style reminds me of the blouses my mom wore in the 80's. Or there are dresses that flatter her figure much better than one with a boob belt that shows how short waisted she is.

Ok ... so the shoes are actually pink ... in the pic they look gold tone --- pink would give the outfit even more of a 'wow' factor.  (More pics at link).

I’m not a fan of the cape style, either, but what really bugs me is the tentlike shape paired with the short length.  It just looks awkward and weird to my eye.  Melania has great legs, so short is fine, but I think slimmer would be better.
