INHO, the top band should be lower, more to accent her figure. Otherwise the visual effect is a little bit 'boob belt'ish. She still looks good, but I think it could have been better.

Absolutely love the dress and she's worn the shoes before which are absolutely fabulous!  (Tried to find a better pic of the shoes).  I like Trump's sprig of clover leaf.  They look wonderful and both very happy!
