It looks better in the wide shots, where it gives the effect of lengthening her waist. In heels, she's tall enough that the proportions come out right.

Thanks for the video -- backside is lovely as well.  So elegant and so poised...then walks Merkel...more on the frumpy looking side.  Never liked Merkel and after the poor handling of today's events and protests, I dislike her even more.
