Melania wore 4-1/2 inch nude heels. Not visible much in the photos above. I am a tiny bit disappointed at this news, otherwise she is lovely as usual.

I think the nude heel was a perfect soft tonal match for the pink dress...which, btw, is really lovely with its simplicity.

This is a tough dress color to match--it's a pinky-blushy color.  Even these Christian Louboutins don't quite do it, but may have been better than the ones Melania chose:
