Honestly, I'd like the color if it were just a patent shoe like it appears to be in the ad there.  But in the earlier pics it really does seem to be neon...it glows in the dark.  YMMV, of course.

I like hats on other people.  I never found one that would fit.  I have a lot of hair and they just sort of float to the top of my head and sit there.
